What materials are the handbags made of?
They are made of PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride-aka man-made leather), PU (Poly Urethane-Shiny type of PVC), fabric, nylon, micro-suede, faux leather, genuine leather, etc

What is the delivery time frame?
It takes about 24 hours to process an order, and then we will use the shipping method the customers have chosen to ship out the merchandise. Delays may occur due to backorder, out of stock, or discontinued items.

Do you have the items in stock?
Yes, all items are listed to our ecrater store website are in stock. However, due to the high volume of orders some item may be already out of stock by the time an order is placed. Therefore normally we can fulfill about 92% - 100% of the orders.

No. Paypal lets you access a payment methods thru my shopping cart without Paypal account.

What if some items are missing from the order.
We usually notified the customers via email within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order if the items are out of stock, backorder, or discontinued. If you have been billed for this items and partial of your order are not received but you have received the promotion for a FREE SHIPPING, we issued a store gift certificate or store credit for the customer. However, if you have been billed for the items you did not received and you pay for the full amount of shipping. Please contact us [email protected] and we will investigate the matter immediately.

Why is my credit card charged when you didn’t ship my order yet?
There is a difference between "Authorization" and "Charged". Like any other credit card purchase, the credit card company will put a hold on the funds that are reserved for the merchants to charge at a later date. We only charge when we shipped the products, therfore the transaction is just authorized.
